    Successfully fought a motion for a preliminary injunction in a non-compete litigation.

    Obtained a hung jury in a one-witness identification case involving allegations of armed robbery.

    Charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a B felony, were dismissed against client. Client faced an indefinite term of imprisonment from two to 12 years.  

    Disorderly conduct charges arising out of an Occupy Wall Street march were dismissed against client. Client faced up to 30 days in jail.

    Charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, an A misdemeanor, were dismissed. Client faced up to one year in jail.  

    Charges of assault in the second degree, a D felony, were dismissed against client.  Client faced an indefinite term of imprisonment of from one to seven years.

    Client faced a sentence of 121 to 151 months in jail after a conviction on federal conspiracy, money laundering, mail and wire fraud and failure to file a tax return charges. Client received 13 months in jail.

    Unlawful eviction charges, an A misdemeanor, were dismissed. Client faced up to one year in jail.  Client faced from eight to 20 years in jail for an A-1 felony drug charge. Client’s case was dismissed after indictment.  

    Client faced a minimum jail term of 10 years in prison on federal charges of importing cocaine into the United States. Client received 48 months.
